What IndiSignal collects, why, who processes it and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data IndiSignal collects when you use the website, web app and mobile apps, why, who we share it with and what rights you have. The data controller is AISysware LLC, the operator of IndiSignal ("we", "us"). It applies together with the Terms & Conditions.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), display name, time zone and, if you sign in with Google, the identifier and email Google shares with us.

Usage data you create: your watchlist, chart and indicator settings, risk settings (account balance, risk per trade, limits), alerts and the notifications they produce, and the date and version of the Terms you accepted.

Account activity: the time of each sign-up and sign-in with the IP address and the browser or app identifier, kept for security and abuse prevention; each sign-up and sign-in is also reported to the operator by email.

Payment data (only if you ever paid for the Service under an earlier plan): the order reference and status returned by Stripe or Binance Pay. We never see or store full card numbers or wallet keys.

Device data: if you enable push notifications, the device token issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging and the platform (iOS, Android, web). Technical logs (IP address, browser or app version, request times) are kept briefly by our hosting providers for security and debugging.

We do not collect your brokerage credentials, trading history or financial account details, and we do not place orders.

3. Why we use it

To provide the Service (authenticate you, show your watchlist and settings, evaluate your alerts, send the notifications you asked for); to administer your account; to keep the Service secure and fix problems; to answer your messages; and to comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the Service, your consent (push notifications, marketing emails if any) and legal compliance.

4. Who processes it for us

Supabase (database, authentication, realtime); Railway (our data relay) and Vercel (website hosting); Twelve Data (market data — we send instrument symbols, not your identity); Stripe and Binance Pay (payments); Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications, if enabled); Google (if you sign in with Google); Anthropic (optional AI assessment of public news headlines — no personal data is sent). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments and may be located outside your country; where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

5. Retention

Account and usage data are kept while your account exists. Notifications older than a few months and technical logs are deleted on a rolling basis. When you delete your account, your profile, settings, watchlist, alerts and device tokens are deleted; payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent and to complain to a data-protection authority. You can change most data yourself in Settings and delete your account from Settings → Danger zone (web) or More → Danger zone (apps); you can also request deletion or any other right by emailing support@indisignal.com from the email address of your account. We answer within 30 days.

7. Cookies and local storage

The website uses strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and local storage for your preferences (theme, chart overlays, selected setup mode). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
