1. Who we are and what IndiSignal is

IndiSignal is a web and mobile application that shows live gold, forex and selected stock prices, technical indicators, rule-based trading readings, a news watch, an economic calendar and user-defined alerts. It is operated by AISysware LLC ("IndiSignal", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IndiSignal website, web app and mobile apps (together the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, to the Privacy Policy and to the disclaimer below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Educational tool, not investment advice (acknowledged separately at sign-up)

IndiSignal is an educational and analytical tool. It shows market data provided by Twelve Data and rule-based readings (signals, levels, setups). Nothing in IndiSignal is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything, no outcome is guaranteed, and no orders can be placed through IndiSignal. You remain responsible for every trading decision you take.

Educational and informational only. IndiSignal is a software tool for learning about and analysing markets. It is not a brokerage, exchange, investment adviser, financial adviser, portfolio manager or signal service, and nothing in it is a personal recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument.

No investment advice. The readings labelled BUY, SELL, WATCH, WAIT or NO TRADE, the entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels, the position sizes, the strength and confidence figures, the key levels, the candlestick patterns and the news and calendar assessments are the mechanical output of documented rules applied to price data. They do not consider your financial situation, objectives, experience or risk tolerance and must not be relied on as advice.

No orders can be placed. IndiSignal does not connect to any broker, does not execute, route or transmit orders, does not hold or move money and has no access to any trading account. Any trade you make is placed by you, elsewhere, under your own responsibility.

Market data via Twelve Data. Prices, candles and quotes are supplied by Twelve Data and relayed by our servers. They may be delayed, incomplete, interrupted, revised or inaccurate, and they may differ from the prices your broker shows. News and calendar information come from public sources and may be wrong or late.

Not tested, not guaranteed. The rule sets are not backtested, audited or regulated; confidence labels and strength figures are not probabilities. Hypothetical and past readings have no bearing on future results. No outcome, return or protection against loss is guaranteed or implied.

Risk of loss. Trading gold, forex, indices, stocks, CFDs and other leveraged or volatile instruments carries a high risk of losing money, possibly more than you deposit. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional before acting.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for every decision, order and result, for complying with the laws, tax rules and broker terms that apply to you, and for not using the Service where it is prohibited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndiSignal and its operators accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on the Service.

This acknowledgement is a condition of using the Service. It is accepted as its own checkbox when an account is created and recorded with the date and version of these Terms.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

New accounts are activated by the operator after review: you can sign in straight after signing up, but the dashboard, signals, news, calendar and alerts open only once the account is approved (you receive an email). The operator may decline a request, or later disable or delete an account, at its discretion.

One account is for one person. You may not share, sell or transfer your account, scrape or redistribute the data shown in the Service, reverse-engineer the Service, overload or attack it, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. Free service

The Service is currently free of charge: creating an account gives full access, with no trial period and no payment. There are no feature tiers.

If we introduce paid plans or features in the future, the price, currency and renewal rules will be shown on the website and in the apps before you pay, and nothing is charged without your explicit action. Any payment made under an earlier version of these Terms remains governed by the refund and renewal rules shown at the time of payment.

5. Market data and third-party services

Price data is supplied by Twelve Data and relayed to you by our servers. News headlines come from public feeds (central banks, statistical agencies, official sites and news searches) and are summarised by keyword rules or an AI model; economic calendar entries come from public calendar providers. All of this is provided "as is": it may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or interrupted, and we do not guarantee its continuity or accuracy.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, rule sets, instruments or the whole Service, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the apps or by email; continued use after a change means you accept it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its rule sets, texts, designs, logos and software are © 2026 AISysware LLC or its licensors, all rights reserved, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own, non-commercial purposes. Your settings, watchlists and alerts remain yours.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, the data it shows or the readings it produces, even if we were told such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account yourself (web: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account; apps: More → Danger zone), or by emailing support@indisignal.com from the email address of your account. Deletion is permanent; any payment arrangement from an earlier paid plan is ended with it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, abuse the Service or where required by law.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AISysware LLC is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions about these Terms: email support@indisignal.com.
